Non-Returnable Products:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on custom-made products. These items are created specifically for you, taking into account your desired design, materials, and personal preferences. We encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Replacement for Damaged Products:

While we take every precaution to deliver your order in pristine condition, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If your custom-made product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

To initiate the replacement process, please provide us with detailed information about the damage, including clear photographs/video of the affected area. Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the necessary steps for the replacement. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of materials and may take some time to produce. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Conditions for Replacement:

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The damage must be reported to our customer support team within 2 days of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, with no signs of intentional damage or alteration.
  3. The original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documents must be retained and returned with the product.
  4. The replacement request must include clear photographs of the damaged area.
  5. Please be aware that minor variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacements.

Non-Refundable Orders:

As each piece is meticulously crafted according to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds for custom-made rings and necklaces. Once the order has been placed and the manufacturing process has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
